1. Registration Fees
- The registration fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Once an application is reviewed and accepted, the registration fee will not be refunded.
- Once a position is confirmed, the registration fee remains non-refundable.
- If a candidate attends an interview arranged by the company and subsequently withdraws, the process
will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
2. Cancellation and Withdrawal
- If the applicant withdraws at any stage of the process, no payments made will be refunded.
- If the participant cancels after placement is made, no refund will be issued.
- Failure to pay required fees within 7 days of placement confirmation will result in cancellation
without refund.
3. Visa and Work Permit
- Visa fees, work permit fees, bank charges, and postage charges are non-refundable.
- No refund will be provided if a visa is denied due to:
- Submission of false information or documents
- Misrepresentation to the embassy/consulate
- Concealment of relevant personal or immigration details
- Applicants must complete the refund application process and sign the required refund form.
- Applicants may be required to attend a second visa interview to qualify for a refund.
- The company is not responsible for delays caused by embassies or unforeseen events.
4. Responsibilities After Visa Approval
- No refund will be provided after visa approval.
- If a participant withdraws or is terminated, they must return to India within 7 days at their own
expense.
- The company is not responsible for travel or other costs.
5. Conduct and Compliance
- Participants must maintain honesty throughout the program.
- Zero-tolerance policy for theft, violence, illegal activities, or substance abuse.
- Drug test failure will result in termination.
- Participants must not contact employers directly before arrival.
6. Program Conditions
- Participants must complete the full program duration.
- Work must be carried out in the approved field of study.
- Placements may be in different climates.
- Applicants must wait for final embassy decisions.
7. Accommodation and Living Standards
- Participants must maintain hygiene and cleanliness.
- Housing agreements must be respected.
- Participants must have sufficient funds for living expenses.
- Minimum €1500 must be maintained for emergencies.
8. Liability
- The company is not responsible for termination due to misconduct.
- Not responsible for natural disasters or unforeseen events.
- Not responsible for personal expenses.
- The company reserves the right to cancel participation if policies are violated.
